Hello, I’m Kat—a counsellor who believes in the quiet power of being truly seen and heard. My journey has brought me alongside people from all walks of life, and I am honoured to witness each person’s courage, vulnerability, and transformation.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your unique story. I know that seeking support can take courage, and I am here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.

I offer sessions in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

I believe that healing begins the moment you feel truly accepted—just as you are. My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and the belief that even small steps can lead to meaningful change.

I strictly adhere to the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics. Your privacy, dignity, and rights are protected at every stage of our work together.
