A gentle and professional space for healing

I didn’t set out with all the answers—just a deep curiosity about how people connect, grow, and heal.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients in Australia, Hong Kong and China, learning from each cultural landscape and the unique ways people tell their stories. Each place taught me something about how we hold pain and how we seek connection.
Behind every credential is a story of listening, learning, and walking alongside others.
My Training
As a registered counsellor with a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor of Theology, I am committed to walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through life’s complexities with care and integrity. My approach is evidence-based, person-centred, and culturally sensitive—shaped by both formal training and years of experience supporting people from all walks of life.
I am passionate about inclusive care, especially for the neurodiverse community. Whether supporting NDIS participants, faith-based clients, or families adjusting to change, I take time to understand your unique story and offer support that honours your values.
I also receive regular professional supervision and continue developing my practice through online courses, reading, reflection, and workshops.
Healing is not just something I guide—it's something I learn from every day.
What I bring to the room
Cultural sensitivity
I understand the complexity of cross-cultural identity, migration, and multilingual experiences.
Trauma-informed approach
I offer gentle support for clients who have experienced relational trauma, loss, or systemic challenges.
Neurodiversity-affirming practice
I work gently and respectfully with autistic clients, ADHDers, and other neurodivergent individuals. I understand that communication, sensory experience, and emotional processing can be beautifully unique—and I adapt my approach to honour these differences.
You don’t need to mask who you are here. This space is yours, as you are.
What therapy means to me
Therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about finding meaning, together. It’s about listening deeply, sitting beside the parts of ourselves that feel messy, and letting healing unfold in its own time.
If you’re wondering whether I might be the right fit for you, I welcome you to reach out. We’ll take it one step at a time.
