At Katerpillar Counselling, we deeply believe that every person’s experiences, feelings, and pace of growth are entirely their own. Everything you’ve been through—joys and struggles alike—is part of your unique story. There’s no need to compare your healing journey to anyone else’s, and there’s no single “right” answer.
