A: We offer a range of therapeutic supports, including individual, couples and family counselling, NDIS-supported counselling services, emotional regulation, and stress management. Whether you have a specific concern or want to talk, you are welcome here.
👣 Booking a Session
Q: How do I book a session? Can it be done online?
A: You can contact us via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email, and choose between in-person or online consultations (Zoom/Teams). We’ll move at your pace—starting therapy doesn’t need to be perfect.
💛 Fees & NDIS Support
Q: How much does it cost? Can I use my NDIS plan?
A: Fees depend on the type and length of service.
For NDIS:

Self-Managed NDIS Plans: You can book with us directly and pay yourself.

Plan-Managed NDIS Plans: You can also book directly, but will need to coordinate payment and invoicing with your Plan Manager.

Q: What types of therapy do you use?
A: We draw from a range of approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and narrative therapy. We’ll work together to find what feels right for you.

Q: Can I change or cancel a session?
A: Yes, as long as you give us at least one working day’s notice, we can reschedule. If something urgent comes up, please get in touch—life is sometimes unpredictable.

Q: Are sessions available in different languages?
A: Yes! We offer sessions in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, so you can express yourself in the language you are most comfortable with.
