Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or lonely at times — but you don’t have to face it alone. Individual counselling offers a quiet, compassionate space to explore what’s on your mind and heart.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, identity shifts, or simply looking to understand yourself better, I will walk alongside you with care.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, combining evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy, to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to explore your concerns and support your healing process. Together, we will work towards meaningful, positive change that empowers you to confidently move forward.
Sessions are available in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin. In-person, online, or phone sessions are offered.
