I am Kat, a counsellor and companion.
With a Master’s in Counselling and a Bachelor’s in Theology. My approach is multi-integrated; I blend narrative therapy, person-centred, CBT, Play Therapy, mindfulness and so on, to weave a safe space for your growth.

Q: Is everything I share kept confidential?
Your trust means everything to us. All conversations are strictly confidential, allowing you to express yourself freely in a safe and respectful space.
Q: Can I choose between online and in-person sessions?
We understand that everyone’s circumstances and needs are different, so we offer both online and in-person counselling. You’re free to choose the format that best suits your situation and comfort. We’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
Q: Do I need to have a serious problem to seek counselling?
Not at all. Whether you’re facing minor challenges, emotional ups and downs, or simply want to better understand yourself, we’re here to support you. Counselling is for anyone seeking growth or support.
Q: How should I prepare for my first session?
